I would be surprised if this was truly Pomo.
I mean, maybe if a man was the weaver, but
the Pomo women were far more meticulous than
this, generally speaking.

I agree with you that this is probably not
Pomo. Looks to me everything but Pomo, but in
UCR Special Collections, basket is
identified, or rather, bear a label as a Pomo
basket, I just copied the info.

I love your pictures of Indian baskets. I am
going to use this one (with attribution, of

WebQuest my group is creating about
