"Leak" pound(ed) coin
1990 "Leak & Coronet" UK one pound coin; symbolises Wales.
A particularly rough example - the "one pound" text on the reverse (left hand image) is so worn away it's almost unreadable.
This one uses the 2nd of the 3 Queen portraits used on pound coins so far.
