The Hungry Caterpillar Frame

Created forthe PCAGOE September Challenge. I am a big fan of Eric Carle and loved this book as a kid. It was also the first book I purchased when I found out I was pregnant with my first son, so it has a lot of special meaning for me. Eric's fantastic colorful and childlike illustrations are inspiring, and we now have the whole Eric Carle collection. I tried using alcohol inks with polymer clay for the first time to mimic the water/textured painting of his illustrations.
