It's always a challenge to find some creative angles at events like this conference, but from time to time something worthwhile crops up if you have your wits about you.

Photocall to publicise Dublin Web Summit and ESB Ireland's Spark of Genius competition for startups. The €2 shop was raided of their stock of sparklers for this shoot which turned out to be a lot of fun. I used shutter speeds as long as a second in a blacked-out office space with an umbrella'd SB-800 key light to camera right with a blue-gelled hard SB-24 to rear left.

Inspired by the pink tinge on Coca Rosa, I stuck two green gells on an SB in a double-fold umbrella to camera right and did a custom WB for that. An ungelled SB at the rear camera right consequently came out a nice tinge of magenta, which effect was further enhanced with the green/magenta slider in ACR's WB settings.
