Adams tapuey wine maker

    Now living in Adams, Ilocos Norte, a town at the northern end of the Cordillera Mountain Range, Lola Ingga inherits the tradition of wine making from her Igorot ancestors. She makes the best tapuey, a rice wine, in the remote town.
