      @durosity: I had a new-in-box Apple number pad for this unit, but I let it go (unopened) to a collector in Japan to help fund the purchase of...I think...a Drobo.

      i remember going to a local computer shop, bugging my parents (at age 6) to stop in and check out this new apple computer. My parents were shocked at the price, while i played on MacPaint !

      Be still my heart. Oh when that Happy Face showed up. There has been no love affair like my love affair with the Mac SE. Running Quark off of diskettes, waiting for the screen to refresh on PageMaker. I did not care, I was in love.

      Yeah Apple's Aluminum keyboard is way too silent and not enough resistance is present. Its like Gum.
