You could have 4 or 5 all connected at the same time, actually! Each drive has its own power supply and it's own 6502 processor.

Such nostalgia, it warms my heart, although the old 'mocca cake' C64 model makes me even more sentimental.

Ohhh nice. Actually there's a C64 and original monitor at my local computing thrift shop right now..I should have asked the price.... (except I never owned a C64 back in the day so it's far less significant to me than, say, some vintage Apple system).
