It has been a while and I lost track.. of time and flickr.. kept on shooting but not posting.. It seems to just take so much and I have been just submerge in work and changes.. So I am sorry.. for steering away from what means a lot to me..so I will make my way back slowly as best I can.. A B/W taken on tp of my fridge where i have a squadron of these hand made replicas waiting to buzz the morning sky.. :-)

Désolé pour ce retard et la disparition momentanée simplement beaucoup de travial et voyages.. Je continue toujours a faire énormément de photos ou j'arrive à me perdre tellement que j'en ai à trier.. et surtout traiter.. bref j'y arrive plutot mal que bien.. et je ferai mon possible pour revenir à ma passion..
Cette image est prise sur mon frigo ou j'ai une petite escadrille de ces zinzins prêtes à décoler chaque matin.. C'est ma patrouille matinale.. :-)

I dedicate this image to ___ Lester William Polsfuss, best known as Les Paul (June 9, 1915–August 13, 2009) just recently past away :-(
He was a gentleman, a musician and inventor. He was also a pioneer in the development of the solid-body electric guitar which "made the sound of rock and roll possible. He is credited with inventing or discovering many recording innovations including overdubbing (also known as sound on sound), delay effects such as tape delay, phasing effects, and multitrack recording.
. This humble image is that of my 1977 Les Paul ARTISAN ,, that I just sold a few weeks back, a very unique awesomely crafted instrument that recently has made some collector very happy..
She has a very so unique sound you can always recognize any place anywhere. Les Paul was the artist and gentleman behind the Gibson sounds..
He leaves a legacy that will last till the end of time.. God Speed Mr. Les Paul and thank you. :-)

Beaucoup à traduire mais tout récemment un des pères de la musique moderne telle qu'on la connait est mort.. J'ai voulu à ma manière marquer ce moment historique avec une image récente de ma guitare Les Paul que je viens récemment de vendre à un amateur mordu de Les Paul.
Un petit HDR façon Maxsimus.. J'espère que vous aimerez..

From my recent India tour in the state of Gujarat 40°C and the lot with my trusty D300 in the dust / heat and all.. :-)
In all over 500 takes some so so and some real so so. Had some autofocus issues to deal with in the last days.... I was annoyed but then again it was hot and hot and hot.. quite a unique and interesting trip.
This take is from one of the foundries we operate in Ahmedabad. I was less fortunate this time in taking people and papparaz shots like I always do just did not get the time and opportunity. I monochromed this take and thisnk it was the right approach in this situation.

De mon dernier voyage en Inde dans l'état islamique du Gujarat et plus précisément à Ahmedabad. Visite de fonderie à 40°C++ à l'ombre. Visite intéressante et surtout impressionante. Ils travaillent comme des forcenés et la vie es dure. Pas de quoi se plaindre.. :-) de notre coté.. Je n'ai jamais vu un peuple qui en veut comme ça.. à suivre :-)
Evidemment j'ai pas pu resister avec le d300 et comme d'hab j'ai voulu Maxsimiser a ma facon.. J'espere que vous aimerez.. Je me suis accumuler tout un stock :-) que maintenant je distille.. :-) plus de 500 au cours de ce voyage seul.

From the Malay visa series taken just before my leave of absence from Thailand..
As I rose through the levels looking for adventure, I was not to be disappointed when I saw the creature waiting for me.. and asking Rags.. is that you?? Is Vedd around and where's Grantthai... I was flabbergasted.. and ran as fast as I could.. lol :-) gotcha..
A third wink to my I love Malaysia buds who targeted the infamous Petronas towers.. I had to do them also Maxsimizing my view.. and interprtation.. Hope you like it & so much more to come.. :-0

De ma serie Visa Malai.. Juste avant mon absence prolongee de Flickr et de la Thailande.... Je montais les etages lorque soudai j'ai entrevu la creature qui me dit.. he oh.. Rags c'est toi, t'as pas vu Vedd ou Grant ou Dan.. bref reprends ou j'ai laisse en Fevrier et je souhaite continuer mon hommage a mes potes fanatiques de Petronas a qui je fais un clin d'oeil et je leur dit Gotcha.. lol :-)..
