Framestand, circa 1986/87

Ah, high school. Maybe instead of posting this photo of me riding my GT Performer, circa 1986/87 (wearing a home-bleached sweatshirt, too-short red sweatpants and yellow Chucks) to the intarweb, I should burn it. I probably had 2 or 3 Swatches on too. Photo by Adam Liber.

I have a news clipping of me somewhere of me doing this, also in 86 or 87, with a terrible bowl cut, glasses, in 5" of snow while it's snowing. I cannot believe we actually used to ride outdoors in the snow. WTF.

Great shot! That's just how it was. Live or don't live. We had our share of sessions in the snow. We also had a parking garage at Sears were we got kicked out just about every day. We installed our car stereos there too when it was raining or whatever.

As for the clothes, we're there with ya. I had a pair of yellow chucks and a pair of red that I would wear on opposite feet. May never see that again!
