This photo won me 1st place in West Virginia University's annual Mountaineer Week photo contest...the theme was "Defining Appalachia" =)

I don't normally repost photos, but I am pretty proud of this one...it's the first time I've placed in a photo contest I've entered.

I will be published in the Mountaineer Week Literary Magazine coming up here soon!
