Nike+ Runs So Far

I started running and using the Nike+ at the end of May and I pretty much only run on weekends. Nikeplus.com shows me my personal metrics and that pushes me to improve.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.
