octopuses have three hearts![]() In case you didn't know (i didn't):
1. Octopuses have three hearts. Two pump blood through each of the two gills, while the third pumps blood through the body. 2. Octopuses have six arms and two legs, usually bearing suction cups. These arms are a type of muscular hydrostat. So, it is not correct to say "octopuses have tentacles". The human tongue is also a muscular hydrostat, we just miss the suction cups!! hehehe (info from wikipedia) as usual, i thought i was superman, and i did't need my tripod... i was convinced the shots were ok, so i ate these octopuses before looking at the photos on the computer... well, a little blur didn't kill anyone :) Commentslinji.mark says:gorgeous little buggers!
