I've used the geological layers, bec in future databases from different types and providers create layers of information like tectonical plates.

Think about openID, hashtags or other new ways to link information. In this world it's not about the information you store inside a single database. It's about storing information in different databases and change the output by selecting a view upon the layers.

That's the reason, why the business model will be very important to create successful future internet business. Brilliant models will break the tectonical database plates and create a volcano, which heats up the whole cloud thing.

This part of the visual is a letter of recommendation on existing businesses and startups.

Sorry, I did'nt pay attention to the color while painting this. Basically black is for structure and misc information, green's about good things to watch out, red's about important or heretic statements, blue's about the presence and near future. Seperate the color layers, and you will know what I mean.
