miscellaneous food items (market in Managua)

This stall was not inside the warehouse-like market building, but rather, one of a crowded but orderly grid outside. The interior of the stall was extremely dark, compared to the glaring sun; I photoshopped this a bit (levels adjusted on selected areas) to try to bring out the details, which has made the whole thing rather flat looking.... ah well. You get the idea.
