Fireworks durning our local winter carnival called Bon Soo. Just before the fireworks were going to go off the leg fell off of my tripod. The metal of the tripod frame snapped and the pin inside of the leg fell out onto the ground in the dark. Thankfully I had a tiny spare tripod in my bag, it was flimsy and hard to work with but I got some shots. Now I need to get a new tripod. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality tripod that itsn't too expensive?

*Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS *Lens: EF-S 18-55mm ƒ/3.5-5.6 IS *Shutter Speed: 30Sec. *Aperture Value: ƒ/13 *ISO: 100 *Focal Length: 55.0mm (88mm Equivalent)
I shot this on a tripod using mirror lockup and a 2Sec. selftimer. I processed the RAW file in ACR and used CS4 to crop a bit closer and clone out some of the stars in the background.
