Bugged !

Hedge bindweed with an unwelcome visitor in How Tun Woods this morning.

A great capture and well spotted bug.
It's a pirate bug and we have hundreds of them in our garden.

I found an article on them which states they are good for our gardens as they eat pests like thrips and aphids.
I need them now my ladybirds have gone.
