    Char Grilled Pork Plate

    This is food from our favorite South Grand Vietnamese restaurant, Four Seasons. Not as well known as some of the others, but very good IMO. St. Louis has a large Vietnamese immigrant population. And as a consequence we get to enjoy this fine cuisine.

      The cucumber slice is way too big for a fine cuisine!
