my heart shaped sushi

    We borrowed Andrea's sushi maker that she bought at the State Fair of Texas, since we haven't gotten our own yet. Mine has tofu, avocado, carrots, cucumber and cream cheese. I used the heart shaped form, while Dylan's were squares or triangles and Greg's and Kristen's were round.

    It's actually quite easy to make.
