Such a rough look. This is differnet from most portraits I've seen. it's very real, crisp, sharp, and powerful. Love the grains! Is it texture you added to the background? I also like how it's mostly desaturated with the red lips popping out.

By the way, why do you dislike HDR much? Is it considered "cheating" in your opinion?
