Super Sushi

For years I've been wanting to make these, but never got around to it. Recently, I had an opportunity to do so for an event, and decided to make them larger than life.

This took about a day to build. The ebi (shrimp) was a challenge, but I think it came out okay. The fans who saw it, liked it, too.
