A landscape that doesn't look comfortable for
people. Excellent shot. ( The World Through My Eyes)

Powerful and impressive. The two perspectives
are wonderful. I really like this shot ; it
reminds me of Kafka's The Trial... even if
there is some light coming from the left...

Wow! So minimalistic! Thos buildings are
quite disturbing and the presence of the man
adds a lot to this!

You do see some fabulous architecture on your
travels around London! Great shot - that man
just tops it perfectly (hope you weren't
waiting too long for him to appear!)

thanks all.
I took so many shots on our photowalk I
don't know what to upload first!
striatic You want more info, do you?
Well, ok then. Cause it's you. : )
I believe this is the back of the Ernst and
Young building at 1 More Place.
There are a whole collection of extremely
photogenic buildings in this corner between
London Bridge and Tower Bridge.
In fact, Zcott, slithy and I agreed they
were probably designed by a photographer. No
one accidentally designs such wonders.
The security around there used to be really
anal and would pounce on anyone with a
camera, but they seem to have relaxed
somewhat- the 3 of us with our cameras
pointing all over the place did attract their
attention, but all they did was watch.
marlowpics/ Anna well, I did have to wait a while- not for
the man to appear, but for a break in the
flow of pedestrians in the foreground.
It was about lunchtime and everyone was out
enjoying the sunshine.

I really like this. Beautifully composed.
The contrast between the stark geometric
shapes and the man walking is quite striking.
Well done!

he looks like he doesn't care about where
he's walking.
And it looks kinda dangerous where he is.

To me a great photo. Not a natural
thing-tree,flower,etc-except for the man who
seems to me to be wearing the uniform of this
environment. This photo sends a chill through
me.
