Beth and John Rich in Nashville!

I was in Nashville this past weekend for a sorority sister's bachelorette
party! We saw John Rich at a piano bar there and asked if I could take a
picture....he was very gracious!!!! Thought I'd share it with you!

Took these pics Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008 at Big Spring Jam in Huntsville, Alabama. John was there as was Cowboy Troy, Two-Foot Fred (what a sweetheart!) and Gretchen Wilson.

After Gretchen's show, John came out to meet and greet with us fans. He spent a lot of time signing autographs, shaking hands and talking with us. It was great! He was very gracious and seemed genuinely happy and excited to be there and to be taking the time to rub elbows with we music lovers.

There are so many performers out there that just want to do their thing on stage and then go back to take a shower and go home, so it was very refreshing and exciting to find one that appreciates the people who buy and enjoy his music. Again, even though his voice was about shot (he was hoarse and raspy) John took the time to show he genuinely cares for the people that care about him and his music. That's what's important. Thanks John!

(Hey, John, come join us for the race in Talladega. We only live about 7 miles from the track)

Bama hugs to all!

There were so many people there to see him. On stage he said he'd stay around as long as people wanted him to sign things and shake hands. We were lucky to be one of the first in line but something tells me he was there for awhile. When we left at around 11:45 p.m. there were several hundred people in line to see him.
