Keegans statement to Law Society

Note the difference when he has been caught out,
By this i mean i can prove he never interviewed 17 defence witnesses before trial he is now trying to say they must have refused to Co-Operate.
SCCRC never asked these witnesses if keegan interviewed or tried to interview them before my trial, They prefer to let sleeping dogs lie.
