'I love to cycle, I feel free - like I'm flying. If I'm stuck in traffic I'm so frustrated and it does nothing for me. I also don't like walking so even if I had to go one block I'd rather cycle. This is a an old bike from school days, I always cycled to school and now I cycle to work - I'm working at the University as a study-abroad and exchange co-ordinator. When I cycle to work I feel like I've cleared my mind and when I get there I'm ready for work - when I drive in my car I can still be asleep when I get to work, even though I do concentrate on the road. It really does something to me, spiritually, personally.... whatever ha ha.'
