    Today at the beach I pretended I was Lauren Greenfield shooting a book on this strange island where people do everything - from shopping to eating to getting pirate-plastered - nearly butt-ass naked.

      You need film, an off-camera flash, and her Harvard education.

      Can you explain pirate-plastered? Is that akin to drinking like a pirate, or drinking like Ben's cat??? I'm so lost ... and apparently slightly delirious. Wheeeee! Hope you're having fun.
