donut cake!

Troy and I each had a piece for a late-night snack. It was gooood. I used Catherine Newman's recipe and added icing* and sprinkles, of course.

*3 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, equal parts lemon juice and water added a teaspoonful at a time till icing was desired consistency.
