Delicate Arch Utah

The world famous "Delicate" arch in Arches National Park. It really took and hdr to get any of the detail in the shadow areas. I hope the hdr helps to allow the light to sculpture the rock.
This view is from the opposite side (across a valley), and in that regard is unusual.

      Wonderful scene.
Good for an hdr -- could be taken for a photograph.;-))
Sorry to be such a stick in the mud. Version #2 is also impressive .
Maybe if I had your skills and time I would convert?

i like the HDR above (Version #1). the second version seems a bit too washed out. it needs some darkness in the shadows for definition.

For me it's nice to see people in this photo. Gives me some perspective on something I've never seen before in real life.

I prefer this version the other one looks a little washed out, perhaps if the sky was darkened version 2 would be preferred.

I like this version more than the 1st one. It gives you an idea of how gigantic the arch is compared to the people visiting the place. The details is good although the image is a little washout but the most important thing is, what makes the place which is sculptured by nature, a site to visit! Thanks for sharing images of Utah and how beautiful this place is.

Wonderful area. You did the HDR well. Usually I dislike HDR because people overdo it and it looks fake. You resisted that temptation and used it make your image look more natural.
