So I've somewhat neglected my photostream for the last few months.
I've been away for a long period in Ethiopia covering a large medical/surgical mission following a team of surgeons performing complex facial reconstructive surgery.

Here Graham operates on one of the patients called Ana, attempting to remove a large facial tumor.

This is what was eventually after 4 hours pulled out of Ana's face. Amazingly it's a malign tumor, made up mostly of fatty tissue.
