      They are rather... bony.

      Seier, they are part of a cast concrete screen to a post-war rebuilt chapel. Definite Gaudi flavour. The old church spire, ensconced in a humdrum bit of British modernism, with this element crudely stuck on, makes for a rather strange building overall.
