Keraton at the Plaza is a newly opened 5-star hotel in Jakarta, part of the exclusive Luxury Collection from Starwood.

Tried out the breakfast at their signature restaurant this morning. Shown here the breakfast waffles with 7 condiments to choose from. Excellent presentation. Wedgewood Cutlery supplied. Very posh and impressive I should say. What about food quality? Well, not the best I have tried, but certainly of decently good quality. Excellent service too, which should be, given that I am the only person dinning there!

Shot impromptu with my camera mobilephone only. If I had known before hand the presentation is this nice, I would have brought along my Nikon DSLR equipped my macro-lens. Instead, I end up shooting this with a mobilephone cam.... Sigh... :(

Shown here a combination of breakfast goodies, Wasabi Salmon sushi, beef, chicken sausage and salted mushroom with cheese. So it's East meet West meet Continental, but or well.... who cares, at long as it taste good!
