Wow... that's some awesome air writing! Did you have to do many takes for it to look legible?

I'll be voting on my way in to work tomorrow. Personally... I'm looking forward to all the election hoopla coming to an end. I have political fatigue from all the TV ads, junkmail, phone surveys, etc. I have good friends who fall on both sides of the political spectrum, and there's definitely been some divisiveness. I'll be glad when that ends, too.

yup. always seems to be on or just before election day. I have a wish or two in the works this year... as for the writing, it took about 20 takes! she was a great sport about it, though, and at least I *think* she had fun doing it!
I've been aching to add more to the spark set. I just need more friends to play with power tools while I fiddle with the camera! wish I could claim the smooth handwriting, but the penmanship is all Jessana this time.

I am SO glad he won! Over here over the pond everyone supports him, I haven't met anyone who supported McCain. Saying that though, I read his speech today, and he does seem a reasonable and nice guy (McCain), though I guess when you have to be a gracious loser in the the public spotlight you have to be.
But hooray for Obama, he really had the X factor (or should I say P factor?) and I'm looking forward to seeing what a young and energetic guy like that is going to do :) Kind of reminds me of Tony Blair when he got elected in 97 in his young age and energy...though that kind of fizzled out a long while ago, lol.

Sarah Schloo The Concession speech was possibly McCain's best speech ever! If he had been that eloquent while serving as Senator and running a campaign; things may be different. But no matter how well the speech - he still never had the inspiration and vision to pull our nation together as Obama. I only hope this doesn't fizzle anytime soon!

McCain's concession speech was incredibly good. He went farther in congratulating and promising to support his opponent than he had to, and reaffirmed his honor in the process. Honor that had been severely tarnished by his actions, speech, and behavior in the actual campaign, sadly. Still, I felt like he left on a very positive note.

What a fine "morning after" this has been! For the first time in many years, I feel like slapping an American flag on a backpack and travelling around Europe :o)
