Ride the Round-up

Why have I seen two different rides like this, both named the Round-up? Is it the country theme? Because otherwise, that type or ride does not say Round-up to me. Whirl-and-puke, maybe, but not Round-up.

 

EDIT: An internet search reveals that Round-up was once the manufacturer's name, but now it's marketed as the Zero Gravity.
