Crazy black guy who liked to listen to Indian (Bollywood) movies cranked up full volume used to live here.

Old Asian woman lives here, and apparently her grown kids and their fucking baby who cries all day live here too... even though it's a studio.

Old black woman who sat on her balcony and carried on lengthy conversations with people as they came to/from the parking lot used to live here.

We haven't met whatever crazy ass mofo who lives here yet.

We caught this certified weirdo lighting things on his balcony on fire the first week we moved in. He's also really creepy!
