[145/365] iPhone 3GS Battery Percentage![[145/365] iPhone 3GS Battery Percentage by Ben Dodson.](http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2431/3669359706_8fffe2066d.jpg) Today I discovered a hidden setting in the Settings -> General -> Usage part of my iPhone 3GS that now has a toggle to enable "Battery Percentage". I remember this being rumoured in 3.0 due to the finding of the labels and icons in the package but it never actually appeared and still doesn't on the 2G or 3G iphones, only the 3GS. I don't know why that is as the battery should be able to report it's percentage regardless of hardware revision!
In any case, it's a very welcome addition as it allows me to see when the battery is draining a lot quicker than the little icon does! Day 145 of 365 Comments

For some odd reason, my 3G had the battery percentage once I restored the 3.0 firmware. Mine was JB before tho.
