Bread made with another Lesafre mix called Creme de Levain.
Danishes filled with a horrible instant custard.
It looks like Matt is standing in the proofer, but he is not.
There was a nice pond filled with ducks surrounding the building.
There was some serious impressive and seriously big pieces of equipment.
Lesafre had rooms and roms of mixers, ovens, proofers and other assorted bakery equipment.
Pain au Levain made with Lesafre's instant levain mix. Not so good.
