Jalapeno Sprouts

These sprouted from seeds we plucked out of peppers from our garden. They sprouted in a ziplock bag in a damp paper towel, thanks to Katie. I replanted them into some potting soil now that the roots are growing through the paper. I am super excited about getting 2 generations of peppers growing in the same season... especially since my father has half convinced me that the pickled peppers I made from the first harvest will give me botulism.
