Clean Energy Bread

This loaf of bread was baked in a 'solar oven' built out of two cardboard boxes, some newspapers, aluminum foil and a baking bag. We put it in the oven at 0930 in the morning, and by lunchtime it was ready! The bread was absolutely delicous - baked properly through and through, and light and fluffy! mmmmm! Best of all - it didn't cause any climate damaging CO2 to be released from coal-fired power stations!
