it's cold in the clouds II..
Two pictures today ^_^
Saturday night saw the first snow of winter. I, along with the rest of the nation was excited just thinking about the number of snowmen I would make and snowball fights I would have! In any case I was more excited about the pictures I would shoot. I had an sketch I'd made earlier this year involving snow, my bike and a whole lot of flowers.. I didn't manage to get out on Sunday so first thing on Monday I decided to replace flowers with balloons and ribbons (more colourful) and make my way to the location.
It was beyond perfect! That morning my town was bathed in thick fog and mist and I jumped on my bike as soon as I could with balloons overspilling from my basket. I must have made quite the sight cycling through the village as a lady stopped me and took a picture :)
Through photography I've begun to love the beauty of winter but I have to admit.. I can't wait for my favourite season of the year.. spring!
