   That's what I thought, like something from Thunderbirds. It struck me as a very strange composition and added to the surreal feeling of events today.

   I don't mean to downplay the seriousness of 7/7, but that is a really strange shot. Maybe it's due to being a still shot of a TV image, but it looks like Blair is speaking at Madame Tussauds.

   that's exactly why i took the shot. puppets seem to be more appropriate. they didn't move at all, all the way through his speech. their suits and the lighting remind me of some 50s style movie crossed with thunderbirds.
