There are a few carts, plus some signs around the stadium that say that you can download from that location. I ended up downloading near one of the signs, so I'm not sure if you can actually download it outside of those areas or not. Once you download though, it seems to work everywhere in the stadium.

You do have to pay to use it (5 bucks per game), which sucks.

Pretty much. You have to set up an account (user name, password, etc.), and if I remember right, that's when you put in your CC information.

It looked like you could also pay at one of the carts, and they give you a code to put in.
