      are you thinking of Twin Peaks? If so, I think that was just a vehicle for him to get a starring role in Carnivale.

      hey... OMG.. he did a talk on the same thing at Brown University I went to a few weeks back. Must be making the circuit. I actually have some audio files u recorded on my mp3 player while there.

      My 2 favorite funniest moments of the presentation were when someone got up and asked him matter of factly to explain what the meaning of Mulholland Drive and when David himself said aloud this 'theory' of how many people it would take to meditate at once in order to obtain world peace... hmmm.
