This is my process of doing HDRs
- First picture subexposed (-2)
- Second one, with the correct exposure (0,
well, I have my Nikon D80 configured with
-0,6 , I think it always overexpose!)
- Third one, overexposed (+2)
- Fourth, the picture as it goes out of
Photomatix (I allways process my pictures in
batch mode with the default parameters)
- Fifth, processed by Picasa (sharpening and
shades)
In this example, the parameter that has
changed between exposures is the ISO setting
(100-200-800) because I have my camera
configured with auto ISO
That’s all, I hope that you like the results

I have a question about HDR. Since I need to
take 3 different images at 3 different
exposures, can I set my camera to take 3
consecutive shots each at a different pre-set
exposure? Like a burst mode where each has
its own exposure setting?
