Baked potato soup, special house salad, and a NY cheesecake. I don't ever order their full sized salads, because it's enough to feed three people.

...to North Carolina. Going through Spartanburg and heading towards Hendersonville, NC, you'll run into the border between the Carolinas. One of the more picturesqe places in the state which is near the Blue Ridge Parkway.

A trio of musicians playing in downtown Asheville. Was dining at a local restaurant al fresco and listening to them. They're really talented. Music was better than the food!

Stir fried noodles from The Noodle House in Asheville, NC. It's somewhat bland, generic, and a tad bit greasy, but the service was outstanding.

You can dine al fresco, if you'd like since the view of downtown Asheville is charming and engaging. We were entertained by a small little musical trio playing some local Blue Ridge Mountain folk music, so even though the food wasn't all that great, the ambiance was charming.

My 2nd attempt at cooking pancit bihon. It actually came out tasting really good. I couldn't add any kalamansi because I don't have any at hand, but the pancit was delicious.

I cooked enough to feed a small army.
