There are very few cars on the FDR Drive, as many took this day off
Across the highway, the South Street Seaport, which is not in good financial shape.

The conductors on these trains had to go between the cars, step onto little platofrms, and click on controls in order to open and close the doors. Not so much fun on those January days when this train ran out of doors.
