And even more-I hate the carelessness of humans and at what ease we discard such amazing things like this.

I saw this today, sitting in a container on the ground at the outdoor flea market in New Jersey. Instead of just getting mad and feeling incredibly sad and horrified as I normally do, I realized that I had to have him and give him a very appreciated and loving home.

Because I do care about the life this deer once lived.

And something tells me that he might actually like living with me instead of being passed from person to uncaring person and living in an old Tupperware.

Yes- I do believe I am in love...

Sorry to say, its called the food chain. Also generally those that hunt and stuff Deer do use the meat from the body. Its not just wasted. What I saw this past weekend was a waste. A deer laid dead in the ditch- either hit by a car or shot by a poacher. I believe it was a Poacher as no sign of car damage was around and from the upper chest area up he had no head.

There is -no- reason to need to use deer meat these days. No reason in my opinion to kill them, or squirrels or rabbits or birds. We are human and I like to think we are above it- Thinking, feeling and Smarter than that... but then again those men did not strike me at the "College type" at all. More heartless macho jerks. If they want sport go shoot guns at a range. NO NEED TO KILL.

Ugh-sorry but I am on the side of the animals.
(& insects for that matter- I don't kill bugs or spiders either! Ha!)
