if you are in Tokyo on Sunday Afternoon you have to go to Jingu-Bashi, the bridge connecting Omotesando with the Yoyogi-Koen, the Meiji-Jingu's park.
Here you can find the Cosplayers: the famous goth-Lolitas ....in simple words teenagers acting like anime characters or Visual-Key stars posing for tourists and photographers...
