Annoying Noises Prohibitted [sic]

"It shall be unlawful for any person to whistle, hiss or holler at another person in any boisterous, unbecoming or erring manner or make any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise or any noise or display, play or operate any sound amplification device including radios, television sets, public address systems, musical instruments, CD players and the like in such a way which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose peace or safety of other persons in a recreational facility.
