Nokia Download Problems

It sees me but doesn't want to talk me.

Grrrrr.... I love my phone, but the help files for the Nokia Download! application are seriously crappy.

I can't find anywhere why my "device profile" is not being accepted. AND it keeps installing the same update to my phone "D! Beta"

Any ideas?
