What a sweet shot of his daughter Malia congratulating him. I love how relaxed and cool they all look upon this monumental news of being elected president. I wonder who's calling on that phone Mrs. Obama is holding...

fantastic capture! it just feels so natural, but i certainly expects more excitement from Obama...like jumping up and down that sorta things...but I guess he has already expected the win well before the results are announced... :D

They just inspire everyone. They demonstrate they are like every family with a mum and dad and beautiful children to cherish.

There would be no space for rumours which had already started, when it begain to say the Obamas had no kids but had adopted. How vicious was that!! I'm glad they have allowed the camera in to their lives. Big up!!

Thank you so much for sharing these pictures, Mr. Katz and *President-Elect* Obama! I started tearing up (again) while looking through these. Thank you for being so open and sharing these personal moments with the world-- things like this truly give me faith that you'll always be looking out for what's in the best interests of the average American.

      President Obama,
I am so proud to see this day. May I ask that you please keep us, the American people, in 'the loop' as you have during the election? We would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for being the great man of integrity that you are.
Congratulations. I hope you enjoy your new public housing ;-)
      Love and Laughter,

These photos are amazing! November 4th was one of the proudest nights of my life and I'm not even American. I think that's the effect Mr Obama has had on the world - a trully inspirational leader who has shone light onto such a troubled world. Another great American who never got to make it to the office you have achieved once said, 'There are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why...I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?' Thank you for dreaming Mr Obama! God bless you and your beautiful family, god bless the United States of America! Rich.
