The EXIF data shows it was taken at 11:23PM on Tuesday. I'm sure the description is a simple error.

That's about as tense we were most of the evening. I am blown away that we have a President that tweets, does iPhone apps and uses Flickr. I just can't get over that.

Plastic water bottles are an environmental no-no. As president, I do hope he will switch to drinking filtered water from a glass or nalgene bottle.

What was achieved on Nov. 4th is truly a victory and in no way should it be seen otherwise within its' right. But not for the same reason it is also the spark which will ignite our constitution doused over the years with the fuel of dwelling liberties by the very people it was designed to protect.

a good picture that shows a genuine moment, everybody is focused on the screen but the main player seems to be also in a contemplative, secluded mood.

good luck from Israel.

First, my congratulations, Mr President. Second, what a difference with the election of President Sarkozy ! No famous restaurant or great hotel in the Champ-Elysees for celebrating the victory. Good luck and go on, man.

Dear President Obama

I produced this as a means of supporting
your efforts in the quest for world peace.
I used the images as a means of innuendo.
.

The Video is called;

"Show us the way President Obama"

I am honored by your win, your presence in
American politics and your extreme courage
to change the very fabric of our nation for the
better.

The video is here at;

www.youtube.com/watch?v=8r7CZARwU2k

Love Stan
A proud American

P.S. To all others viewing this, it is a
very strong message and the only way
to fully understand the intent is to watch
it all the way through.
If it is overwhelming, book mark
and come back later.
If you think it inappropriate,
to this I say these people like you
have hopes, aspirations, dreams, family
and every single one of them still breathing
now belong to our new President.

Dear President-elect Obama
Before the election, I wanted to say "God bless you." Didn't find a space in which I could do it.
After the election, I want to say, "God bless you richly with wisdom and courage as you lead your nation and the world into a world overflowing with hope and goodwill."
Joining the millions who must most certainly be doing it, I'll remain in prayer for you always.

Dear President Obama...

Congratulations!

I cried so hard when I heard that you had one. Cried tears of joy.

For the first time in years, our nation would have a president they didn't have to be ashamed of. A president that was well spoken, empathetic to others, forward thinking and had a vision for our country that encompassed a long range set of plans to bring the United States back from the mess we've gotten ourself into.

No one can expect you to do any of this in the blink of an eye. It didn't take us one term to get into the mess this nation's in...it will take much longer than that to get it sorted out.

You are a president that has the ability, the brains, the humility and the fortitude to get this nation's name back to the standard it was in years past.

Our nation has been far from peerless. It hasn't been without it's faults. However, it's still a place that many look to for hope; especially those of us lucky enough to be born American.

November 4, 2008...I became proud of my country once again.

Congratulations to you and Joe Biden once again.
This is truly a victory for America!
